- Is there a trick to getting the product out? It’s a new bottle and I’ve been pumping it for 10 minutes but nothing is coming out. It’s my second purchase and I don’t remember having this problem before.
- Try putting the serum upside down over night and gently tapping to release air bubbles. If this doesn’t resolve it then it may be likely the pump is faulty so contact our customer services team to assist.
