"Considering it’s a strong retinal I’ve had no irritation issues or dryness. I’m able to use it every night and love the fact that it can be applied to eyelids to help with crepey skin - I only know of 2 other eye creams you can use on your lids. Product is thick. Murad advise to use a cotton bud to collect product and you can gently do an orbital circle then I pat it in. Too soon to comment on lid texture change but it’s non irritating even on the lid. The tub will last ages as it’s a thick cream but you only need a small amount and it spreads well once a bit of heat from your fingers hits it. Love it. Will be a re-purchase"

What % retinal is this?
Hello Thank you for your question! All Murad products go through safety testing and procedures with FDA and EU guidelines. We don't include the percentages of ingredients on any of our products. Thus being a complex it is not possible to give the exact percentage since it is a formula combination of ingredients. It is worth noting that Dr Murad as a pharmacist and a dermatologist prefers to use complexes and combine with antioxidants and anti inflammatories to give exceptional clinical results within 14 days. He also holds over 19 dermatology related patents, so he really is an expert in this field. The eye area is quite small and therefore I have product left even after 12 months of use. How long can I keep using it and the effectiveness be the same?
Hello Thank you for your question! We recommend using skincare products within their expiry date printed on the packaging. This is typically 6-12 months, depending on the product. You can find this information on the back of the packaging with the number of months on a small open jar symbol. Its best to use your skincare within this time frame for optimal effectiveness. The recommend amount for application can be conceptualised as a grain of rice. We hope this helps!
Can I use retinol eye serum under the retinal resculpt ? Is it necessary ? Do they act better together ? I am 60 and have good skin for my age but my eyelids have just started drooping a little and I have bought the retinal resculpt already from yourselves but was wondering if the retinol products should or not be mixed with the retinal ones. If they can be mixed together , please kindly specify the order of application . This is where I’m struggling with your products - the order of application . Greatfully yours
Hi Georgina, Whether you are using Retinol Youth Renewal Eye Serum or Retinal Resculpt Eye Treatment both these eye treatments are designed to be used around the orbital bone, where crows feet or laughter lines are present and on the eye lid too to help with drooping sagging eye lids. Follow with your Retinal Resculpt Overnight Treatment on all other areas of the face neck and chest but avoid the eye area, and do not layer the face and eye products together as they have different ingredients for the unique differences to the skin on those areas. In order of use: we generally recommend to Cleanse first, then apply your preferred eye product and then the face serum and night cream.
