New formula is absolutely terrible

"I've used Murad's oil and pore control mattifier for years on my shaved head for shine control, it really was the best out there. Nothing else came close. I'd order like 5 tubes at a time. The new formula however is complete garbage. It actually makes the skin shine more than when there is no product on it!! This can not be advertised as mattifying. I've kept it and I'll use it on my arms or something as sunscreen in the summer, but that's really the most it could be used for now. Don't know who's responsible for messing the formula up but I think they'll end up costing Murad a lot of money"

"The product may seem a bit thick at first but melts away quickly. I don’t even feel it when it’s on and is very long lasting. The combination of a subtle citrus scent, the mattifying effect and a higher sun factor protection of 50 is a winning combination. This is a perennial favorite of mine and a classic must-have when I travel. The only downside is the high price tag, but it does last a while:"
