How many pumps of this to use for a thin layer on face and neck?
Hello, Thank you for your question! We recommend starting with one pump of the Retinal ReSculpt™ Overnight Treatment. Dispense this onto the back of your hand, and ensure your skin is clean and dry (if you’ve applied any prior products, make sure they have fully absorbed first). Using your finger, pick up a small amount and apply a thin, even layer to one area at a time (for example, one side of your face or cheek). Working in small sections helps you control the amount use, you’ll likely find that one pump goes a long way. If you prefer, you can also apply small dots across your face and neck, then gently blend in. Taking your time with application will help ensure you’re not using more product than necessary. Do I have to apply moisturizer at night after the retinal facial serum? (My skin is quite oily).
Hello, Thank you for your question! No, you don’t have to apply a moisturiser at night after your retinal serum, especially if your skin is quite oily. Your skin’s natural oils can help provide a protective layer while the serum works. That said, if you do find your skin ever feels dry or you’d like a bit of added comfort, you can still use a moisturiser by adjusting how you apply it so it doesn’t feel too heavy or greasy. A helpful method is: Take a small amount of moisturiser onto clean, dry hands Warm it between your hands to distribute it evenly Gently press it into your skin rather than rubbing This allows you to apply a very thin, even layer without overloading your skin. Once your skin feels comfortably hydrated, you can stop and simply wash off any excess from your hands. Hello Thank you for your question! All Murad products go through safety testing and procedures with FDA and EU guidelines. We don't include the percentages of ingredients on any of our products. Thus being a complex it is not possible to give the exact percentage since it is a formula combination of ingredients. It is worth noting that Dr Murad as a pharmacist and a dermatologist prefers to use complexes and combine with antioxidants and anti inflammatories to give exceptional clinical results within 14 days. He also holds over 19 dermatology related patents, so he really is an expert in this field. However, please note that this product is for PM use and ensure a thin and even layer is being applied. Consistency is key, however, if you are new to using retinal, we strongly recommend using every other night to begin. Starting with 1-2 times a week and gradually and slowly increasing.
