    The Murad Club is our free rewards program that lets you earn points for shopping, reviewing, and more. Anyone can join - just register for an account and make sure to tick the box to enroll during signup.

    You’ll earn points for every pound you spend, plus bonus opportunities like referring friends, celebrating your birthday, and leaving product reviews. As your points add up, you’ll automatically unlock higher tiers with even more exclusive perks and rewards.

    Visit your Rewards Dashboard when logged into your account to view available rewards and redeem points at checkout.

    Yes, rewards points expire 12 months after they’re awarded. Make sure to subscribe to our newsletter - we’ll send you an email reminder 30 days before your points are set to expire, so you don’t miss out. Your tier status remains valid for 12 months from the date you qualify, and placing an order resets your activity to keep your rewards active.

    If you earn points on a purchase and later decide to return that item or items, the points corresponding to the returned item(s) will be deducted from your points balance. For example, if your purchase totaled £300, and you returned £100 worth of product, the 300 points you earned would be adjusted to 100 points after the return is processed.  

    Your tier will be determined by the amount spent after returns. If you moved into a higher tier with your most recent purchase but decide to return that order, your status will revert to your previous tier until you make your next qualifying purchase.   

    Yes, you can return the product, but the reward voucher used will not be refunded or reissued. Only the amount paid (if any) outside of the voucher will be returned.

    Log in to your Murad account and select “Rewards” in the left hand menu to access the Dashboard. If you're not enrolled yet, you’ll be prompted to opt in before you can view your status and points.

    If you created a Murad account before the Rewards Program launched, you’re not automatically enrolled. Just log in and visit your Rewards Dashboard to opt in and start earning points.

    Vouchers can be used on orders of £50 or more. If you’re redeeming a product reward, there’s no minimum spend, you’ll just need to place an order to claim it.

    You can use one voucher per order. Please note that vouchersaren’t available for use during promotional periods.

    You can leave at any time, just email a request to info@murad.co.uk. You'll be unenrolled from the program, and you'll lose all points earned. Please note your Murad account will still be active. If you would like this cancelled too, please specify on your email request.
