"I received this product when it was newly released as a loyal Murad customer. I waited quite some time to review it as I really wanted to see what it was like. Before this I was using Clinique’s ‘Take the day off’ cleansing balm. I particularly like how you don’t over use this product as it is designed so that you only portion out what you need. I find it very effective, I am prone to acne and this hasn’t made me break out. It is expensive ,but it does last a long time and I would happily purchase it when mine runs out."
"It made my face so dry and my eyes burned. You advertise it takes off makeup and safe for eyes but the container says do not use on eyes. There’s a contradiction. And lastly there wasn’t a lot of product. Ran out very quickly."

LOVE the way it dispenses - preventing the need to scrape into a pot with dirty hands! The only reason I don’t give it 5 stars was the size! I received the container 2/25/2026. It lasted less than a month worth once a day use. Hoping there is a larger size option in the works…? Like 4-6+ oz. The price is worth the investment."
