Amazing toner but where is the spray?

"I was very disappointed when I opened the toner as 1. The seal was broken and 2. There was no spray! I would give 5 star for the toner but the application kinda sucks and i feel like i will waste more toner ! I purchased a spray bottle separately to its easy to use!"
