Murad Club Rewards Programme Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in The Murad Club Rewards Programme (the "Programme"). By enrolling in or making use of the Programme, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should refrain from participating in the Programme.
2. Eligibility
2.1 To enrol in the Programme, you must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of the United Kingdom.
2.2 The Programme is intended solely for individual, personal use. Accounts and any associated rewards are non-transferable and must not be shared. Each individual may register only one account per unique email address.
2.3 The Programme is not open to companies, organisations, associations, or individuals purchasing for commercial purposes or in bulk. Participation is strictly limited to personal use and may not be used for resale or any form of commercial benefit.
2.4 Employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives of Murad are eligible for membership but may be excluded from certain promotions.
3. Enrolment
3.1 Enrolment in the Programme is free of charge, and no purchase is necessary to become a member. You can enrol in the Programme by creating an account and opting in—either by visiting our Rewards page or by checking the opt-in box during account registration or at checkout.
3.2 For further information, please refer to the Frequently Asked Questions for the Murad Club Rewards Programme. Once enrolled, you can start earning points when you shop, leave product reviews, or take part in brand activities such as referrals. You are responsible for ensuring that your account information remains accurate and up to date.
4. Earning Points
You’ll earn points for every pound you spend, unless stated otherwise, plus enjoy bonus opportunities such as referring friends, celebrating your birthday, and leaving product reviews. As your points accumulate, you’ll automatically unlock higher membership tiers — each offering even more exclusive perks and rewards.
Points will appear in your account once the order is marked as fulfilled.
5. Using Your Points
Points can be redeemed for selected products, merchandise or discount vouchers as outlined on our website. You can view available rewards and track your points balance by visiting your Rewards Dashboard when logged into your account.
Please note:
- Points have no cash value.

Points cannot be exchanged or transferred.

Redemption may be subject to minimum thresholds or expiry dates.

6. Expiry & Inactive Accounts
6.1 Reward points and tier status will expire after 12 months of inactivity (i.e., no purchases made within that period). Placing an order resets your activity and keeps your rewards active.
We’ll send you an email reminder 30 days before your points are due to expire, so you have time to use them and avoid losing out.
7. Privacy & Data Use
We will process your personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and our Privacy Policy. Your data will only be used to administer the Program and for related marketing, where consent has been given.
8. Changes to the Programme
Murad reserves the right to amend or update the Programme Terms at any time without prior notice. Any such amendments shall take effect upon publication on Murad's website. It is your responsibility to review the Programme Terms regularly to remain informed of any updates.
9. Ending Your Membership
9.1 You may leave the Programme at any time by sending a request via email to info@murad.co.uk. Upon unenrolment, all points earned will be forfeited. Please note that your Murad account will remain active unless you specifically request its cancellation in the same email.
9.2 We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the Programme if we suspect any abuse, fraud, or misuse. Any reward points accrued will be forfeited if your account is closed due to a violation of these Terms.
10. Our Liability
We’re not responsible for:

Lost, stolen or misused points;

Technical issues beyond our control;

Changes to availability of rewards.
Nothing in these terms excludes your statutory rights.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
